Browser Choice Screen: This Should be Global

Microsoft Internet Explorer users in Europe now see a “Browser Choice Screen” where they can select which browser to use. This move by Microsoft is a result of the EU ruling last year that orders them to not make Internet Explorer the default browser and give folks in Europe a better way to know their options.
