PhilGEPS Open Data Procurement Hackathon
Just days ago, PhilGEPS (The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System) was cited for their efforts to enhance public access to data via the Internet by the Department of Budget Management (DBM). The Mozilla Philippines Community is privileged to have Georg Fritzsche in-house tonight. Georg is a Platform Engineer working on Firefox Desktop. He is based in Berlin, Germany. We took the opportunity of hosting Georg for an evening with Pinoy Mozillians during his brief stay in Manila for holidays.
