• No. Firefox OS is not forked from Android. Firefox OS has Gonk.
• Gonk is the lower level operating system of the Firefox OS platform, consisting of a Linux kernel based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and userspace hardware abstraction layer (HAL).

• The Wattpad app is not yet in the Firefox Marketplace. However, the Wattpad website is accessible from Firefox (pre-installed in the CM Ace). You may want to create a shortcut (star symbol in the Firefox UI) for this website, so that it will appear as an icon in your CM Ace Home screen.
