RustPH Website Launched

We are happy to announce the launch of a dedicated website for the Rust Users Group Philippines (RustPH) via http://www.rustph.tech today. During these few weeks, RustPH already had staged two (02) Rust Meetups at the Mozilla Community Space Manila and two (02) Hack & Learn sessions (hands-on Rust workshops).
