MozillaPH Co-working Space Usage Guidelines

  • Only Mozilla Reps (ReMo) based in the Philippines will be given access (biometrics identification; door security lock; and proximity card/badges) to the co-working space.
    • Each of the Mozilla Reps (ReMo) will be given unique access card (proximity) in addition to the biometrics identification.
    • The co-working space may be used by any member of the Mozilla Philippines Community provided that he/she will be accompanied by any Mozilla Rep.
    • Mozillians who will use the co-working space will be treated as “guests” of the ReMo who will be with them. ReMo’s must not leave their guests alone in the co-working space.

  • The co-working space is open until 2359H daily. Should there be a need to use the co-working space beyond (or even before) this timeframe, proper coordination must be done in advanced with the Administration of Palet Express.
  • Food and beverages are for the expense of the users.
    • Please feel free to use the Pantry Area to avoid messing the working areas (and to avoid any untoward incidents like spilled liquids on laptops and devices, etc.)
  • The use of Palet Express’ Meeting Rooms are on a First Come, First Served basis. Prior arrangement and reservation with Palet Express’ Administration is a must.
    • Names of meeting/event attendees (non-ReMo) must be give to the Palet Express Administration for coordination with the building’s Security Department.
  • As much as possible, wear any Mozilla shirt when using the co-working space (for identification purposes during our first weeks at the co-working space)
  • Vehicle Parking is not guaranteed (First Come, First Served basis)
  • Though we promote a collaborative and fun working environment, horseplaying is not allowed and will not be tolerated while inside the co-working space. Be mindful of the other Palet Express tenants.
    • Playing of loud music is not be allowed — use earphone or headphone instead.
  • The Mozilla Philippines Community shall not be held liable for any damage to equipment or fixture done by any individual using the co-working space.
  • The Mozilla Philippines Community shall not be held liable for any loss incurred during one’s stay at the co-working space. All equipment and personal belongings are for the sole account of its owner.
  • Abuse of internet connection will not be tolerated (may be ground for Palet Express to cancel our contract with them).
  • Be sure to turn off the airconditioning unit and lights if you’re the last person to leave the co-working space.
