Standard Operating Procedures

  • Mozilla Rep (ReMo) assigned to an event creates an entry at the Reps Portal -> Events at least 30 days prior to the planned date of such activity;
    • Budget Request (if needed) is raised
    • Swags Request (if needed) is raised
    • Eventbrite Page (if needed) is created and published at least 30 days prior to the event date
    • Etherpad for the event is created and shared amongst the PHL team members
  • Once the event is placed at the Reps Portal -> Events, ReMo assigned for the activity notifies fellow Mozilla Reps in the Philippines via email to group mailing list and/or Personal Message to social media outlets;
  • The event shall be placed in the Team’s Calendar and Website Calendar by any of the ReMo’s with access to those tools;
  • Eventbrite signups is checked by the ReMo assignee on a regular basis
    • Nag email is sent every 3 days within 02 weeks before the event
    • Nag email is sent every other day within a week before the event
  • Catering (if needed) is arranged and finalized after the Budget Request is approved
  • ReMo assignee determines the need for volunteers to the event
