Firefox 89 Lands in the Philippines

Mabuhay! Mozilla Firefox 89 landed on the shores of the Philippines last night (please do update your Firefox installation if you still haven’t so). In tonight’s edition of the MozillaPH Office Hours, we discussed what’s new with this latest major release of our favorite browser. Members of the MozillaPH leadership also shared some of Firefox’s features that they love.

Firefox 89 sports a fresher look, designed to get users where they want to go even faster. This version of Firefox comes with a simplified browser chrome and toolbar with clear, streamlined menus.

Personally, one of the new features I loved about Firefox 89 are the updated prompts — infobars, panels, and modals sporting cleaner design and clearer language.

What features of Firefox do you love most (please leave a comment in this post)?

The Firefox 89 Release Notes are here.
